Ataishan: coordinating effort has contributed to offer lands to the carriers
Asharqia Chamber : The allocation of lands for the land transportation sector confirms the keenness of the Secretariat to support the business sector
Jabri: the initiative will create solutions to organize and raise land transportation investments
The Chairman of the Council of Asharqia Chamber of Commerce, Abdul Rahman bin Saleh Al Ataishan, has expressed his great pleasure to communicate with the Secretariat of the eastern region to provide the appropriate lands to accommodate trucks and buses of land transportation companies in the region.
Ataishan considered that the allocation for the activities of transportation locations, which will be put up in the bidding for practitioners of transportation activity, as a qualitative leap that will organize land transportation system, so that it can play its role in the upcoming national economy.
Ataishan said that the allocation of land for the carriers, is the result of a coordinated effort between the Chamber and the Secretariat of the Eastern region, which managed its cooperation with other parties to provide suitable lands as a permanent location for investors in land transportation.
Ataishan has presented his thanks to His Highness the Prince of the Eastern Province and the Mayor of the region for their interest and effort to overcome all the difficulties that guides investors and contributes to the improvement of the Eastern Region.
For his part, member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber and Chairman of the Land Transportation Bandar Al Jabri, expressed his appreciation for the start of the allocation of land to companies and organizations of land transportation which would accommodate buses and pickup trucks, pointing to the efforts made by Asharqia Chamber represented in the committee of land transportation since its introduction to the secretariat of the region to allocate locations for carriers being a full service and the formation of a specialized committee its mission is to communicate with the Secretariat of the eastern region to follow up this matter.
Al Jabri said that the allocation of a permanent location with enough areas to accommodate buses and trucking companies in the region, would bring stability to the work of the sector, which in turn will affect the national economy, pointing that carriers were waiting for this because they do not want to stop their trucks and buses near residential locations, noting that the allocated lands are suitable for the medium and long term.
